Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are charged pro-rata for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
No contract. Monthly billing. Cancel any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
No. Never. Not on new clients, not on returning clients, not on any plan. You pay a flat monthly fee. We take no percentage of your revenue.
Card payments via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported. Payments go directly to your Stripe account — we never hold your money.
Custom domains are coming on the Elite plan. For now, you get a clean branded URL on your booking page — e.g. tocynbook.com/zarashairstudio.
TocynBook is a PWA (Progressive Web App) — it works on any phone or tablet and can be added to your home screen for an app-like experience. Native iOS and Android apps are planned for Phase 2.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After that it's deleted from our servers. We'll remind you before deletion.
Built for UK independents, but the platform works anywhere Stripe is supported. Currently English-language only.
